120%-Care Grant

The 120% Care Grant contributes to a better work-life balance for young researchers. It enables postdocs, assistant professors and lecturers who are employed 80%-100% to reduce their employment level to at least 60% for a maximum of 12 months and to employ a support person with an overlapping employment workload. The application deadline is four times a year (1 March, 1 June, 1 September, 1 December).
